Can I join this program if I'm not a member at CrossFit 020?

This program is only for members at CrossFit 020. If you are not a member at CrossFit 020 and are interested in a program like this then please schedule a discovery call with our team here.

Could you explain how the 3 training sessions per week are structured

We'll help keep you on track with 3 sessions per week—ideally at our gym, but anywhere you need to be. This program is an add-on to your current membership, so you’ll continue attending your usual classes. If you're traveling or visiting family, you can train at another gym or try one of our on-the-go workouts.

What if I have a 2-times-per-week membership?

No problem! We do encourage you to aim for 3 sessions each week to truly reap the benefits. You can do 2 of these sessions at our gym, and for the third, you can use one of our on-the-go workouts.Of course, you're welcome to stick with 2 sessions per week if that works best for you. The most important thing is to keep a routine and make progress, especially during the holiday season.

Can I still enjoy the "Sinterklaas" / Christmas / New year festivities?

Absolutely! This program is all about making balanced choices so you can enjoy the holiday season fully. While it’s not about indulging in everything, you can absolutely savor that dessert or have a drink. We’ll help you create a smart plan for your weeks, days, and festive gatherings so you can celebrate without compromising your goals.

I’ll be out of town or abroad during the holidays. Can I still join?

Yes, absolutely! This program is flexible and accessible no matter where you are. If you can’t make it to the gym, we’ll provide workout ideas and accountability support to keep you on track while you’re away.

Does this program include access to classes at CrossFit 020?

No. This program is an add-on on your regular 020 membership.

Can I still join then program when I'm a vegan/vegetariër/carnivore/keto/paleo etc. ?

Yes you can. We give you the targets and then it's up to you to make common sense choices on your lifestyle preferences.
